Cancellation Policy: As a small business we hope you understand that we can’t afford any no-shows or last minute cancellations. As such, cancellation requests received within 48 hours of a booked appointment will be charged at £20, cancellations within 24 hours and non attendance on the day will incur a £40 charge being made.
